Thank you for shopping with Unbound Roots LLC. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $75 or more (before taxes and discounts) shipped within the United States.

Delivery Estimates

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

Unbound Roots LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control
  • Orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at unboundrootsllc@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the claim and work toward a fair resolution.

Returns and Free Shipping Orders

Orders that qualified for Free Shipping and are later returned may have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund amount if the return causes the order value to fall below the free shipping threshold.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Unbound Roots LLC.

International Shipping

At this time, Unbound Roots LLC ships only within the United States unless otherwise stated on our website.

Policy Changes

Unbound Roots LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
